CAREgivers

ALL FOR YOU HOME CARE staff are hired because they have experience as a caregiver, meet our rigorous requirements and have a passion for working with aging seniors.

It is never easy to ask a caregiver into your home so we always consider personal compatibility.  From each caregiver applicant we require at least two professional references to verify past job duties, job performance, and personal character. We also require background checks and drug testing for each caregiver. We limit our  selection to caregiver professionals who already have many years of experience.  Most of our caregivers are mature adults who are between 40 and 50 and most of them have as much as 10 years of caregiving.  Many of the caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants. All caregivers are insured and bonded.

Through the assessment process and care plan, we review the skills needed to meet your loved one’s personal needs. Then we address the caregiver’s personal compatibility with you and your loved one. 

Other Professional Staff

Certified Senior Advisor  
 ALL FOR YOU HOME CARE  employs a Certified Senior Advisor who has experience with funding home care services. He can help you with information about insurance billing, veteran's administration funding, and  reverse mortgages.
  
Care Specialist
All for You Home Care includes Care Specialists who conduct your initial  assessment, develop a care plan, and work with you to choose your caregiver.  The Care Specialist also supervises, trains, and instructs your caregiver. The caregiver is supervised to the specific needs of your loved one.
  
Geriatric Care Manager
All for You Home Care works with a certified geriatric manager, who is available to address any issues that need additional professional support.  She serves as an auxiliary member of the ALL FOR YOU HOME CARE staff.  She handles problem solving, therapy, consultation, and other roles as needed.
